Women’s Ministries is about every woman ‘because every woman matters.’ It is Mary’s desire for all women to come to their full potential in God. Her vision is to see women move forward and find their place in ministry wherever they are; in the home, the workplace, their neighborhood and their towns. God has a place for each of us as we desire to be ‘women of influence.’ Looking forward to what God has in store for the women of Newfoundland & Labrador. Mary is married to Shawn Bowers and currently resides in Bishop’s Falls.

Marion Randell, Discipleship & Mentoring Coordinator

Discipleship and Mentoring follows the Biblical model of Titus 2: "Older women train Younger women." The role for this ministry provincially is to provide Bible study resources as well as promote " Training and Recruitment" for studies on the local/presbytery level to our churches. We also connect annually with the "Younger Women" of our province at YC through our exhibitor's " Connextions" table. To "Disciple" is to teach and to "Mentor" is to encourage through advice. This ministry is accomplished locally by organizing and executing weekly Bible Studies of older and younger women together with the intention of imparting spiritual values and life skills. This gives ample opportunity to connect with, encourage and include younger women in our activities. We are hoping to have every church in our province of NL to come alongside and provide such a ministry. If you have any questions or need info regarding resources or recruitment training for Bible studies in your church or presbytery, contact me at marion_dr@yahoo.ca. I am married to Pastor Roy Randell and currently living in Placentia.

Lynette is married to Bill and currently lives in South Brook.
