Kayla Joy, Provincial Director
Native of Deer Lake, NL, Kayla (Pardy) married Matthew Joy in 2004, began full time ministry at that time, and was ordained in 2007. She has served in diverse roles of student ministry including those within church ministries, the school system, and the community. Kayla holds a B.Th. in Youth Ministry (Master's College & Seminary) and a B.A in English/French (University of Waterloo). Kayla and Matt have one son, Kendrick.
Dream for Youth Ministry: "To see students challenged, through accountability to the raw Word of God, to lives of extreme possibility, creativity, integrity, and servant leadership for the cause of Christ."
Shannon Meade
Shannon was born on September 1, 1974 and originates from Port Aux Basques, NL. He is married to Lisa (Wight) from Rocky Harbor and they have two children: Matthew and Emma. Shannon and Lisa are both graduates from Eastern Pentecostal Bible College and entered fulltime ministry in 1997. They are entering their 14th year of youth ministry and are currently the Youth and CE pastors at Glad Tidings Church in Labrador City. Shannon enjoys spending time with his family, snowmobiling, fishing, and golf.
Dream for Youth ministry: "To raise up a generation of student role models who will passionately lead their generation to Christ by sharing His love."
Tim MacGregor
Tim is originally from Kitchener, Ontario. After graduating from Master's College and Seminary in 2005, Tim began full-time youth ministry in Fergus, ON. In 2006, Tim was married to Allison (Baker), who is also ordained with the PAONL. Together they began their ministry in Harbour Breton, NL. They have two children, Robert and Pearl and are currently pastoring in Conception Bay South (Seal Cove), NL. In his spare time, Tim enjoys time with his family, playing sports, and writing music.Dream for Youth Ministry: "To see the youth of this generation define their faith, affecting both their walk and their witness."
