Church Plant Appointment Announced!

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Pastor Derrick and Annette Sharron for the Church Plant Position  in the Avalon East Presbytery.  Derick Sharron is ordained with the Pentecostal Assemblies of Newfoundland and Labrador. He is originally from Point Leamington, NL and has been married to Annette (Tremblett) for 35 years.  They have two adult children, Philip and Sarah (Charles Walker) and four grandchildren. Derrick is a former businessman (family business in Central NL for 18 years). He served as a Associate Pastor at Phoenix First Assembly, under Senior Pastor Tommy Barnett, in Phoenix, Arizona, as well as Senior Pastor of a church plant in Jacksonville, Florida. We congratulate Derrick and Annette and look forward to the development of the next PAONL church plant.
