B. Dean Brenton

Pastor Dean Brenton, Executive Director of Church Ministries

B. Dean Brenton was elected Executive Director of Church Ministries of The Pentecostal Assemblies of Newfoundland and Labrador at the 50th General Conference in 2006. Dean began his ministry at Bishop’s Falls in 1990. He was ordained in 1993. He also served in various pastoral ministry positions at Windsor Pentecostal Church, Grand Falls-Windsor; Jubilee Pentecostal Temple, Botwood; Bethesda Pentecostal Church, St. John’s; Pentecostal Tabernacle, Corner Brook; and Elim Pentecostal Tabernacle, St. John’s. He was Youth Director of the former Eastern District. Prior to assuming the position of Executive Director of Church Ministries, he was Provincial Youth Director. In addition, he has served as Adjunct Faculty with Master’s College & Seminary, Toronto, ON. He is a member of the General Executive Committee and was or is currently involved in other committee work. Pastor Bruce Newman, Next Generations Ministries Assistant

Bruce was born in Happy Valley Goose Bay on July 16th, 1973. He most recently served as the Youth Pastor at Bethesda Pentecostal Church in St. John’s, NL, the Provincial Youth Director for the PAONL, and the Assistant Director for YC Newfoundland and Labrador. Bruce and his wife, Rochelle, live in St. Phillip's, and are the parents of three children. Bruce can be reached at (709) 778-6506 or at bruceknewman@gmail.com.
