Our vision is reaching the children, youth, adults and families in this province by strengthening the ministries of the local assembly by providing coordinated ministry resources, personnel, leadership initiatives, missions awareness and other related services.

Pastor Dean Brenton, Executive Director of Church Ministries
B. Dean Brenton was elected Executive Director of Church Ministries of The Pentecostal Assemblies of Newfoundland and Labrador at the 50th General Conference in 2006. Dean began his ministry at Bishop’s Falls in 1990. He was ordained in 1993. He also served in various pastoral ministry positions at Windsor Pentecostal Church, Grand Falls-Windsor; Jubilee Pentecostal Temple, Botwood; Bethesda Pentecostal Church, St. John’s; Pentecostal Tabernacle, Corner Brook; and Elim Pentecostal Tabernacle, St. John’s. He was Youth Director of the former Eastern District. Prior to assuming the position of Executive Director of Church Ministries, he was Provincial Youth Director. In addition, he has served as Adjunct Faculty with Master’s College & Seminary, Toronto, ON. He is a member of the General Executive Committee and was or is currently involved in other committee work. Ministry Team Personnel
Our Church Miniistries Department is comprised of 8 Provincial Ministries. Each Ministry has Provincial Director and most operate with a respective Lead Team. We have also provided Presbytery Reps for most all ministries to provide for greater Communication, Connection and Ministry Coordination inside our Presbyteries.
