Terry W. Snow

General Superintendent Pastor Terry W. Snow was elected as General Superintendent of The Pentecostal Assemblies of Newfoundland and Labrador at the 54th General Conference in 2014, after serving as vice-chair of the PAONL Executive Committee since 2012. As General Superintendent of The PAONL, Pastor Snow gives leadership to the General Executive Officers, General Executive Committee and the 119 churches and 17 Missionaries around the world. He is also a member of the International Missions Committee. In 1980, after completing his post-secondary Theology Studies at Eastern Pentecostal Bible College, Pastor Terry obeyed the call of God and served in Youth Ministry at Windsor and Springdale. Following his ordination at Jubilee Pentecostal Church, Botwood, in 1983, Pastor Snow continued his Pastoral Ministry as Senior Pastor at Campbellton, Mount Pearl, Deer Lake and Happy Valley-Goose Bay. He has actively engaged in opportunities of community service projects “believing to be the church outside the building.” Pastor Snow, throughout his ministry years, has served the PAONL Fellowship with honor and distinction in a wide array of District and Provincial leadership positions. Terry and his wife Catherine, reside in Conception Bay South with their children and grandchildren.

Fraser D. Roberts

General Secretary-Treasurer Fraser D. Roberts was elected as General Secretary-Treasurer of the Pentecostal Assemblies of Newfoundland and Labrador in October of 2017, and assumed his duties in August of 2018. As General Secretary-Treasurer, Fraser gives leadership and oversight to the administrative matters of the Fellowship, and serves on the General Executive Committee, International Missions Committees and various other committees. He also serves as the Office Manager for the PAONL. Fraser graduated from Eastern Pentecostal Bible College in 1989 with a Bachelor of Theology degree, and began his ministry as a Home Missions Pastor at Cook’s Harbour in 1992. He was ordained in 1994. He served as a Pastoral Staff member at Springdale and Mount Pearl, and later served as Lead Pastor at the Makinsons, Norris Arm North, and Botwood assemblies. In addition to his pastoral role, Fraser has served in a number of leadership capacities and on various committees with the PAONL and community organizations including Executive Presbyter and General Executive Committee. He has also worked in several business management positions including Religious Book & Bible House. Fraser is continuing his education in theology and business. Fraser and his wife Cathy reside in St. John’s, NL and have three adult children.

Gary Andrews

Executive Director of Ministry Development and Strategic Initiatives Gary Andrews was elected as Executive Director of Ministry Development and Strategic Initiatives of The Pentecostal Assemblies of Newfoundland and Labrador in June of 2019. Gary was born in Howley, the grandson of the late Harriet Gregory, an invalid who is recorded in PAONL history as being miraculously healed after 30 years in a wheelchair! After graduating from EPBC in 1989 with a BTh., both Gary and his wife Roxanne were ordained in 1993. He has completed further studies in French and business. They have pastored in four churches: Cartwright, Labrador; Labrador City; Windsor Pentecostal Church (WPC) in Grand Falls-Windsor; and Cornerstone Ministry Centre (CMC) in St. John’s. Throughout the years Gary has had the opportunity to serve in highly strategic ministry roles: Restarting the church in Churchill Falls through Sunday ministry teams from Labrador City; helping to disciple French-speaking Canadian Christians living in the Labrador City & Fermont, QC area through a French language Bible study; at Cornerstone, numerous missional ministries including the Supper Bowl ministry serving about 600 meals per month in the downtown St. John’s area. He also served as a prison chaplain at HMP for eight years and has been involved in the Life’s Healing Choices ministry to inmates for the past six years.  Gary has also served on various committees and other roles in the Fellowship, most recently as Executive Presbyter. Gary currently resides in St. John’s with his wife and two children, Katie and Matthew.
