Terry W. Snow

General Superintendent Pastor Terry W. Snow was elected as General Superintendent of The Pentecostal Assemblies of Newfoundland and Labrador at the 54th General Conference in 2014, after serving as vice-chair of the PAONL Executive Committee since 2012. As General Superintendent of The PAONL, Pastor Snow gives leadership to the General Executive Officers, General Executive Committee and the 119 churches and 17 Missionaries around the world. He is also a member of the International Missions Committee. In 1980, after completing his post-secondary Theology Studies at Eastern Pentecostal Bible College, Pastor Terry obeyed the call of God and served in Youth Ministry at Windsor and Springdale. Following his ordination at Jubilee Pentecostal Church, Botwood, in 1983, Pastor Snow continued his Pastoral Ministry as Senior Pastor at Campbellton, Mount Pearl, Deer Lake and Happy Valley-Goose Bay. He has actively engaged in opportunities of community service projects “believing to be the church outside the building.” Pastor Snow, throughout his ministry years, has served the PAONL Fellowship with honor and distinction in a wide array of District and Provincial leadership positions. Terry and his wife Catherine, reside in Conception Bay South with their children and grandchildren.

Fraser D. Roberts

General Secretary-Treasurer Fraser D. Roberts was elected as General Secretary-Treasurer of the Pentecostal Assemblies of Newfoundland and Labrador in October of 2017, and assumed his duties in August of 2018. As General Secretary-Treasurer, Fraser gives leadership and oversight to the administrative matters of the Fellowship, and serves on the General Executive Committee, International Missions Committees and various other committees. He also serves as the Office Manager for the PAONL. Fraser graduated from Eastern Pentecostal Bible College in 1989 with a Bachelor of Theology degree, and began his ministry as a Home Missions Pastor at Cook’s Harbour in 1992. He was ordained in 1994. He served as a Pastoral Staff member at Springdale and Mount Pearl, and later served as Lead Pastor at the Makinsons, Norris Arm North, and Botwood assemblies. In addition to his pastoral role, Fraser has served in a number of leadership capacities and on various committees with the PAONL and community organizations including Executive Presbyter and General Executive Committee. He has also worked in several business management positions including Religious Book & Bible House. Fraser is continuing his education in theology and business. Fraser and his wife Cathy reside in St. John’s, NL and have three adult children.

Jeremy Nippard

Executive Director of Ministry Development and Strategic Initiatives  Jeremy M. Nippard was born in Stephenville, NL, where he trained for ministry and attended Master’s College and Seminary online from 2001-2005. He began full time ministry in 2007-2011 as Youth and CE Pastor at Summerford Pentecostal Church, and was ordained at General Conference in 2009.  He then spent seven years (2011-2018) serving as Youth and CE Pastor at First Pentecostal Church in Corner Brook. Sensing a calling particularly to serve pastors and churches, he was appointed as the Director of Formission for the PAONL, where he led the discipleship strategy of the Fellowship from 2018-2022. Jeremy was elected as Executive Director of Ministry Development and Strategic Initiatives (EDMDSI) at General Conference in June of 2022. He is responsible for overseeing the strengthening of the ministries of the local assembly by providing coordinated ministry resources, personnel, leadership initiatives, missions awareness and other related services. He currently resides in Paradise with his wife, Cheryl, and two children. Jeremy imagines a world where all pastors and churches feel loved, fulfilled and valued, and have all the connections and resources they need to make healthy disciples.
